"Just For You" Spa Facial
Let the professionals help you. This custom facial will be designed
exclusively for you. Whether your skin is dehydrated, mature, sensitive,
or prone to breakouts, your esthetician will design a treatment that meets
your skin's needs. This facial offers an upgraded mask and a treatment
serum. A face and neck massage are included, as well as extractions.

alcohol and the sun for 48 hours after a glycolic treatment.

Chiropractic Care
Gentle manipulation of the spinal column is performed using current methods
of chiropractic care. Proper alignment of the spine is essential
for optimal health and overall well being.

Session times include a five minute undress and dress time. Showers
are limited to five minutes and will be counted towards session time.
As our name indicates, Mr. and Ms. Day Spa's services are beneficial to
both men and women.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in any dollar amount and may be used towards
all Mr. and Ms. Day Spa services and products. Please have recipient bring
their certificate in for redemption. Please note that gift certificates
are not refundable, exchangeable, or replaceable if lost or stolen.

MasterCard, Visa and American Express are gladly accepted at Mr. and Ms.
Day Spa.
Gratuities are given at your discretion. They are not included in
the price of services.
Policies and Guidelines
To enhance the enjoyment of your visit and as a courtesy to others, we
encourage your cooperation in upholding the following Mr. and Ms. Day Spa
policies and guidelines:
Arrival Time: We recommend that you arrive five minutes prior to
your scheduled appointment time. Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot receive
an extension of their scheduled time. We will hold your appointment
for ten minutes, after which, we may give it away to another client.
You are still obligated to pay for the original service and time scheduled.
Cancellations and Reservations: Treatment times are reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 4 hours prior to your appointment time. Failure to cancel will result in a 50% charge of your total services scheduled.
Credit Card: We require a credit card number to reserve appointments
for two or more persons, for treatments of two or more hours, as well as
for all appointments on holidays and holiday weekends.
Noise: Please refrain from loud conversation or noise. Please turn off cell phones and pagers so you and others can enjoy a peaceful experience at Mr. and Ms. Day Spa.
Please no children in the spa unless they are receiving services.
We reserve the right to refuse service, without a refund, for inappropriate
actions or language. Mr. and Ms. Day Spa is not responsible
for lost items.

Please note the following:
A minimum of a quarter of an inch of hair is requried. Additional charges
will apply for excessive amounts of hair and for hair that is more than
half an inch long. Hair that is over three quarters of an inch cannot be
waxed.
Redness and sensitivity are normal after waxing.
Avoid sun exposure and products that contain alcohol or acids as they may
cause irritation or scabbing
within the first 24 hours.
Waxing cannot be done if you are currently using Accutane or Retin-A or
taking antibiotics.
