To insure that that all clients have the ultimate experience at our spa the following policies and guidelines were established.
Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot always receive an extension of their scheduled time. We will hold your appointment for ten minutes, after which, we may give it away to another client. Whenever possible we will accommodate your full service time.
We reserve the right to refuse service, without a refund, for inappropriate actions or language.
Please no unsupervised children in the spa unless they are receiving services.
Credit Card Reservations
When you schedule your appointment your credit card will be required for: Appointments of three or more persons; treatments of more than two hours and for all appointments on major holidays and holiday weekends. It is very important that clients are respectful of the fact that a therapist is setting time aside to service your appointment. In doing so they are not scheduling another client in your place. Failure to cancel at least 4 hours prior to your appointment will result in a 50% charge of services to your card by the therapist or therapists that were affected by your absence.
Mr. and Ms. Day Spa is not responsible for lost items. Please leave valuables at home.
Please refrain from loud conversation or noise. Please turn off cell phones so you and others can enjoy a peaceful experience at Mr. and Ms. Day Spa.
We gladly accept product returns/exchanges within 14 days of purchase with a receipt.
