| Arrival Time |
Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot always receive an extension of their scheduled time. We will hold your appointment for ten minutes, after which, we may give it away to another client. Whenever possible we will accommodate your full service time.

| Behavior |
We reserve the right to refuse service, without a refund, for inappropriate actions or language.

| Children |
Please no unsupervised children in the spa unless they are receiving services.
|
| Credit Card Reservations |
We require a credit card number to: reserve appointments for three or more persons, for treatments of more than two hours, and for spa packages and all appointments on holidays and holiday weekends. Failure to cancel at least 4 hours prior to your appointment may result in a 50% charge of services to your card.

| Lost Items |
Mr. and Ms. Day Spa is not responsible for lost items. Please leave valuables at home.

| Noise |
| Please refrain from loud conversation or noise. Please turn off cell phones so you and others can enjoy a peaceful experience at Mr. and Ms. Day Spa. |
| Product Returns |
We gladly accept product returns/exchanges within 14 days of purchase with a receipt.
